Welcome to FloodGates. FloodGates generates virtual user requests to conduct load and stress tests. This online help will provide a step by step approach on how to use this tool efficiently.
Suggested Process for load testing using FloodGates- Download FloodGates and install (one time activity)
- Get a paid license key or trial license key file (one time activity)
- Activate license (one time activity)
- Select a protocol http or https or tcpip
- Record user journeys, exactly like what one user will do
- Modify script for correlation
- Modify script for data parameters and logic
- Create a scenario with one or more scripts
- Set runtime details such as user count, duration, ramp up users, etc.
- Run load test
- Analyze performance reports and graphs
